In the event that any items are out of stock we will not charge for them and they will not be placed on back order. We will endeavour to call you on the contact number you provide to let you know what is unavailable.

Shipping And Handling

All orders over £75 will be free delivery. Standard delivery charge will be £5. Due to customs regulations we can no longer ship any liquid or powdered additives to the US or Canada.

Delivery Schedule

We pride ourselves on our delivery speed and will normally send your order within 24 hrs. For bulky items please allow 3-5 working days.

Credit Card Security

Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with any item we will gladly exchange unsuitable or unwanted products, as long as they have not been used and are returned to us in their original condition and packaging, the goods need to be returned within seven working days. Under these circumstances the return postage will be met by the customer. If we have sent incorrect goods, we will deal with the problem as fast as possible and also refund any additional postal charges occurred by the customer. Should an item develop a fault, we will do all we can to rectify the situation in mutually beneficial manner.
